Linde is currently seeking a Truck Mechanic to join the team in Washington, WV.
Job Responsibilities:
▪Performs preventive maintenance on a fleet of trailers and tractors
▪Maintains parts inventory
▪Updates internal preventive maintenance system daily (Maximo)
▪Performs daily equipment inspections
▪Maintains high attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications:
▪Must have High School Diploma or GED
▪Certificate of completion from a Mechanic's school
▪Must have Diesel Engine experience
▪Must have a valid Drivers License
▪Must be experienced in tractor trailer air brakes, air conditioning repair, and tire maintenance
▪Two years experience in general Preventative Maintenance required
▪Experience working on International, Caterpillar and/or Cummins engines
▪Must be committed to behavioral safety 100% of the time
▪Must be self-motivated, and able to work with little or no supervision working between two locations
▪Ability to create and maintain a team environment
▪Ability to learn ASU and CO2 systems and policies (TRACCESS)
▪Must be flexible to work nights and weekends; call-outs
▪A class A CDL X endorsement a plus
