Linde is currently seeking a Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic to join the team in Chester/Richmomd, VA.
Job Responsibilities:
▪Will perform "preventive" and corrective maintenance of tractors and tank trailers in our private fleet
▪Identify equipment requiring "repairs"
▪Maintain parts inventory
▪Updates internal preventive maintenance system daily (Maximo)
▪Performs daily equipment inspections
▪Maintains high attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications:
▪Must have minimum 3 years experience or trade school degree
▪Must have small hand tools and ability to work with air tools up to 1" drive
▪Experience with product pumps
▪Experienced mechanic
▪Must have Diesel Engine experience
▪Must have a valid Drivers License
▪Two years experience in general Preventative Maintenance required
▪Must be committed to behavioral safety 100% of the time
▪Must be self-motivated, and able to work with little or no supervision
▪A class A CDL X endorsement a plus
▪Certificate of completion from a Mechanics school a plus
