We are currently recruiting for an excellent administrator to provide a wide range of clerical activities to our Plymouth site. The role includes a large number of administrative duties including stock ordering & reconciliation, creating delivery paperwork and dealing with general site services. The administrator will also act as the initial contact for all internal and external customers, either via phone, post or site visitors.
The successful candidate will possess good organisational and planning skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively. They will demonstrate excellent time management and be able to prioritise their work in challenging situations.
Candidates should also have the following experience, qualifications and knowledge:
• A basic standard of secondary education, for example GCSE level.
• Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience of SAP would be an advantage.
