Criteria & Benefits Whether you are a recent graduate or you have taken a year or two out, our programme is designed for people from a range of backgrounds. If you’re an Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service business or IT graduate then our programme is the perfect offering. However we’re happy to hear from those graduating in most disciplines, due to the broad nature of the programme, so don't rule yourself out purely on your academic path. The important thing is it’s more than just being able to recite the handbook. We are looking for outstanding communicators and those with the self-confidence to rise to each challenge that comes along. You will be tenacious and resilient in seeing projects through to fruition, as well as having the ability to articulate and convey ideas across all levels. You may find yourself on a building site, production plant or corporate head office so adaptability is a must. Our programme is a journey of discovery. During rotational placements you will be relocating for periods typically between 6, 9 and even 12 months across Australia and New Zealand, so you will have to be prepared to relocate at our discretion. You can rest assured you will be offered full support as you settle into each new area. As a leader in the field we want to attract the best candidates. As such we will be offering performance driven salaries which will be discussed with successful applicants. All roles receive 13% superannuation and 4 weeks annual leave plus 10 days personal leave per annum. And we don’t stop there.
