Giving you a great overview of all our business areas, you will have the perfect grounding and understanding of the business, providing you with great organisational awareness. Our comprehensive programme provides everything you need to successfully move forward.

• Sales – including retail management, merchandising, account management and telephone sales
• Marketing – including promotions, catalogues, campaigns, trade shows, packaging and advertising
• Product Management – product pricing, new product introduction, product selection product development
• Commercial – customer productivity reviews, customer analytics, commercial systems and processes
• Customer Service – product promotions, customer analytics, management

Within Australia and New Zealand, we have 80 retail outlets, making us the largest industrial retail channel across both countries. What’s more, with over 800 agents and an extensive database of customers, we provide you with the perfect canvas to learn and develop, across the broadest range of industries.

You will have involvement in multiple projects, giving you outstanding exposure to broad business methods, the retail and sales environment and importantly, support.

This is very much a frontline position, where your communication skills will be called upon daily. Armed with a business related degree ideally with a major in marketing, you will be perfectly placed to move into a junior level management role upon completion of the programme.
