How will it work?
Jobs open to the referral program will be posted on this career center under JOB OPPORTUNITIES
When a vacancy is posted on this career centre and you know of a "Shining Star" who fits the criteria, you can ask the person to apply online.
Your referral will need to provide your Name, Location and Employeee ID on the online application form.
If your referred Shining Star is hired full-time, a recognition reward of AU$1500 gross or NZ$1500 gross is paid to you after they (referrals) have completed the probation period successfully (usually three months),through payroll.
How to refer at a glance
1. Identify a worthy candidate
2. Ask Referral to apply to a vacancy found on this website, providing your name, location and email address
3. Confirm referral is hired
4. After your referral has succesfully completed the probationary period,lodge reward claim form (found under HR forms)
