The Opportunity
Are you a leader looking for an autonomous role where you take ownership of a region? Due to an internal promotion we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead from the front in driving performance in the Port Kembla and Minto region.

Position Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be to maintain a strategy for strong sales growth and provide your team of sales and retail staff with the opportunity to develop and operate in a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities include:
training, coaching and developing staff
business development and account management of key accounts
managing two sales regions to sales targets and cost budgets
continuous improvement to customer service

The Profile
We are looking for someone to lead from the front; someone with excellent coaching skills who can also demonstrate their experience as an active part of the salesforce. You will have a clear understanding of the sales process and focus on areas to boost performance and forge new ground. With experience in b2b sales teamed with proven sales management skills, you will be excited about the opportunity to develop your team and see the results.
