Recognition Reward

If the referral is hired full-time, a recognition reward is paid through payroll after they (referrals) have completed the probation period (usually 6 months) successfully.

When the referral is hired, you will need to complete a referral payment form (found under HR Resoucing & Development Related Links) and send it to EmployeeServicesSouthPacific@boc.com

General Guidelines

  1. Once the application is received, the processing will be done on a confidential basis and feedback will be provided to the Referee only with the consent of the referral
  2. Any sort of representation on behalf of BOC (e.g. salary package, benefits) is inappropriate and may be a breach of the ‘Code of Conduct policy
  3. There will be no preferential treatment of the referrals and the merit principle will apply (Best person for the job)
