Linde Canada is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join the team in Mississauga, Ontario.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the analytical support for the business for all Growth and Productivity reporting
• Support of CRM and E-channel processes as they are introduced to the business
• Participate in process design changes for reporting and analytics in SAP R3, COPA, BW, Access and other systems
• Analyze the results of the business, identifying issues and opportunities to improve performance
• Support the business with financial and strategic analysis
• As a team, work on development and delivery of key new reporting priorities
• Prepare analysis and commentary for Management for briefings to internal and external audiences
• Encourage and participate in developing analytical awareness within the business unit
• Work collaboratively with other members of the analytics team, IS team and business team members based in the Canada and elsewhere.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Expertise in Excel, Access, SQL, SAP expertise preferable
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral, bilingual English/ Spanish required
• Business degree with a focus on Finance preferred
• Ability to own and drive issues to completion
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with quality
• Assist in establishing personal and team goals and priorities
• Change work procedures
• Schedule, co-ordinate and execute reporting activities, aligning with business needs and priorities.
