Linde Canada is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join the team in Mississauga, Ontario.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the analytical support for the business for all Growth and Productivity reporting
Support of CRM and E-channel processes as they are introduced to the business
Participate in process design changes for reporting and analytics in SAP R3, COPA, BW, Access and other systems
Analyze the results of the business, identifying issues and opportunities to improve performance
Support the business with financial and strategic analysis
As a team, work on development and delivery of key new reporting priorities
Prepare analysis and commentary for Management for briefings to internal and external audiences
Encourage and participate in developing analytical awareness within the business unit
Work collaboratively with other members of the analytics team, IS team and business team members based in the Canada and elsewhere.

Minimum Qualifications:
Strong financial and analytical skills
Expertise in Excel, Access, SQL, SAP expertise preferable
Excellent communication skills both written and oral, bilingual English/ Spanish required
Business degree with a focus on Finance preferred
Ability to own and drive issues to completion
Ability to work to tight deadlines with quality
Assist in establishing personal and team goals and priorities
Change work procedures
Schedule, co-ordinate and execute reporting activities, aligning with business needs and priorities.
