Linde Canada is currently seeking a Manager Admin. Services – Safety Products to join the team in Quebec City.

As Manager Admin Services, you will lead the Admin Services team of the safety products in Eastern Canada region and to support the sales growth through Linde Branches and direct customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities and work processes of the ESQ Quebec Office and ESQ Stores to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and branch profitability.
• Manage ESQ and Gantec production staff through effective communication, coaching and team building to achieve superior performance in all key areas, with a particular focus on customer service.
• Responsible for the financial viability of the ESQ office by establishing and controlling key performance measurements with respect to inventory levels, journal entries and other fixed assets.
• Support ESQ Store Manager with recruiting process, problem solving with customers or employees.
• Control and approve expenses outside of inventory, such as Hydro Quebec, office expenses.
• Coordinate work for different vendors, external office.
• Coordinate, implement and maintain safe work practices.
• Provides basic training for subordinates to ensure effective customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration and/or Diploma with related experience preferred
• Experience managing a medium to large location for a minimum of 5 years
• Experience in management/administration and people skills
• Excellent communicator, able to coach and train employees
• Professionalism, initiative, flexibility, and self-motivation
• Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP
