Linde Canada is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team in Mississauga, Ontario.
As the Customer Service Representative you will act as first point of contact for Linde Customers and staff for service offered nationally (Scientific/specialized Gas and Equipment, Hospitality, Refrigerants, Edwards and national IP accounts). Assist customers in order placement, quotation provision, and technical support related queries as well as coordinating all services such as product sourcing, delivery, and tracking of proprietary hardware.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and company profitability. Increasing sales and customer retention by making Linde easy to do business with.
Job Responsibilities:
٠Place customer orders
٠Document, handle and close customer queries and complaints
٠Internal administration, support to external sales force, branches
٠Prepare product quotations
٠Proactive outbound communication to customers in regards to order delays and changes as well as participation in sales campaigns to both established and new business.
٠Increase sales to customers by suggestion selling, cross selling and up selling products.
Minimum Qualifications:
٠University degree or college diploma in science
٠Minimum one year of relevant customer service work experience
٠Experience in a call centre environment (inbound and outbound calls)
٠Strong interpersonal and communication skills
٠Time management, prioritizing, planning and organizing
٠Effective listening skills
٠Above average sales skills
٠Able to work under pressure / perform to deadlines
٠Decision making / problem solving
٠Ability to resolve conflicts
٠Experience in reporting through excel
٠Experience with data analysis
٠High level of Microsoft Office Application knowledge
٠Bilingualism Required i.e. English and French
٠Entrepreneurial spirit/acumen
