We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Sales Representative.

Job Responsibilities:
▪Ensure Profitable revenue growth through value added selling, identification and securing of new customers, as well as maintaining and growing existing customers while exceeding customer expectations.
▪Understand the customer process and provide solutions to customers
▪Promote new products offered by Linde to new and existing accounts
▪Effectively implement price increases
▪Understand the technologies and products we are selling
▪Follow and promote safe operating practices
▪Support and deliver sales strategies
▪Work collaboratively with the Specialty/Technical Sales, retail and support functions to deliver targets
▪Contribute to the overall performance of the Region as a member of the Regional Retail/Sales team

Minimum Qualifications:
▪Grade 12 or equivalent required, post secondary education highly desirable
▪Relevant degree in Chemistry or other appropriate BSc for the Scientific Sales Representative positions highly desirable
▪IP - Welding or similar trade qualification required
▪2+ years sales experience within an industrial environment is required
▪Strong sales and negotiation skills required
▪Proven commercial acumen
▪Excellent written & verbal communication skills
▪Understanding of modern business systems
▪Computer skills
▪Gas and welding product knowledge required
▪Proven delivery of exceptional sales targets
▪Ability to effectively price and propose products
