Scope of JobProject Engineer will control and coordinate the installation activities of the projects in compliance with the company policy, quality standard, specification, safety regulation and will ensure the projects are implemented effectively to execute within approved schedule and budget including achieving satisfaction of customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the project installation activities to meet the completion on time within approved cost and budget.
Perform and review bidding, proposal and cost estimation to enhance estimation efficiency.
Control cost incurred with the requirement of the contract determined or approved budget including review variation change orders.
Provide technical support to engineering design, equipment, supplier and subcontractor selection process as required for the projects.
Administrative and support documentation aspect for management and necessary measurement of project performance.
Planning and scheduling the project for efficiency control and monitoring project tasks.
Liaise functionally with customer, subcontractor, project technician or subordinates including coordinate among concern departments during installation phase of the project.
Control and monitor the progress of the project in term of cost and timeline.
Ensure project close-out information, documentation and as-built are completed for handing over.
Support the management such SHEQ and KPI improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering.
Minimum 3 years experience in project management of oil and gas industry or related field.
Experience in handling team in various scopes of work.
Self motivated and ability to work under pressure.
Good command of both spoken and written English.
