Pre-Tax Dependent Care Spending Account - The Dependent Care Spending Account allows Linde employees to set aside tax-free dollars to cover eligible dependent care expenses.

Savings Investment Plan (40l-k) – The Savings Investment Plan is designed to help our employees prepare for retirement. Employees have the option to contribute before-tax or after-tax dollars. The company matches a portion of the employee's contribution.

CASH Balance Retirement Plan - The CASH Balance Retirement Plan is designed to provide Linde employees with income for retirement.
