We have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our busy, fast paced HR department.Reporting to the Employee Services Manager and also supporting the HR team you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and efficient HR administration service.
You will be the first point of contact for the HR department dealing with both telephone and email queries from employees, managers and external contacts. You would be responsible for the following duties:
• Arranging interviews and managing the in-house recruitment system
• Offer letter preparation to include referencing, CRB and Right to Work checks
• Completing all reference requests
• Administration and co-ordination of in-house training courses
• Managing and co-ordinating the Long Service Awards event
• Entering new starters and transferring employees on the SAP HR system
• Maintaining and updating the company induction materials
• Day-to-day support to the Head of HR, including limited diary management assistance e.g. arranging ad-hoc meetings, submit and process expenses, processing of invoices, copy typing of presentations, agendas, minutes etc
• Managing and administering TalentDrain
• Managing HR Traccess log ins and monitoring usage
• Maintenance of the HR intranet and HRi
• Processing all departmental invoices
• Absence administration for the HR team
• Co-ordination of senior team meetings as appropriate including co-ordination of HR Functional team meetings
• Co-ordination of HR team briefings throughout the year
• Co-ordination of UK and International travel arrangements for the HR team and associated accommodation
• Various ad hoc project work as required including leading continuous improvement projects across both the Employee Services and Central Support Teams
Essential skills include the ability to:
• Demonstrate excellent customer facing skills to enhance the credibility of the HR function and support the needs of the business
• Solid administration experience ideally gained within a HR function
